01 / What it is

A condition report is the deliverable that turns a site visit into evidence. We carry out a structured walk over inspection, photograph every defect, and log it against the building plans or area schedule. The output is a report you can hand to a board, an insurer, a funder, or a lawyer and have it stand up.

Visual condition reports are non intrusive by default. Where the diagnostic question demands it, we pair them with thermal, ELD, or Tramex readings, but the condition report itself is the through line that makes every other diagnostic readable downstream.

Every survey we produce carries a structured condition report as standard. It is not an add on, it is the bar.
