01 / What it is

A photovoltaic array loses revenue silently. A failed cell, a bypassed diode, a hot spot, or a string fault does not announce itself, it just drags the array output below where it should be. Aerial thermal surveys map the entire site in one flight and pick out the underperforming panels against the surrounding heat signature.

We fly the array under stable irradiance conditions, capture both thermal and visual imagery, and produce a panel by panel report flagging cells that are operating outside acceptable thermal tolerance. The output makes the difference between a service contract holding the operator to spec and one that is failing quietly.
